About the Organization
Blue Ridge Community Action , Inc. is proud of its diverse workforce and employs over 80 individuals engaged in various exciting professional, administrative, clerical, skilled and general labor and trades work. The agency has a 15-member board of directors and the Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. The agency has six departments responsible for delivering services to the community; Head Start, Daycare, Finance, Human Resources, Weatherization, Family Services, Career Training & Education Services and Facilities.
