Blue Ridge Community Action, Inc. is proud of its diverse workforce and employs over 80 individuals engaged in various exciting professional, administrative, clerical, skilled, general labor and trades work. The agency has a 15-member board of directors and the Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization.
The agency has six departments responsible for delivering services to the community: Head Start, Daycare, Finance, Human Resources, Weatherization, Family Services, Career Training & Education Services and Facilities.
